hello again,

finally managed start on this kit...

thus far i have completed the head and from what i can tell so far its good

.... and i mean if you arent really aware you would probably be fooled.... at least until you try to put two parts together...as usual *for most knock off china brand kits* the sprews arent really a perfect fit. some cuts at the fat sprews had to go

but even with that, im rather satisfied with this.

looks not half bad too

for the most part i think this kit would probably be able to hold on to its pants with out super glue... well thats what i can tell for now anyway

Thats the end of part two anyway. stopped to make dinner

yummy, Cintan Curry Noodles with some garlic,some nuggets, asam jawa and evaporated milk. Yummy

Hello from the land of the dead. im at starbucks Prangin Mall penang and im bored as shit here

i finally thought of something to update here. i will try to do reviews of Plastic Scale Model kits from now on. but first up is the world famous china knock offs.

If its there in the market China definitely has a version of it.

now lets take a look at the box art....

Original* i know you cant really see anything but you can more or less make an educated guess right?*

so now the original kit cost roughly 600 yen, makes it about RM24 or so. the knock off? it cost me 9.90 at a shop in prangin mall..... and it has 7 runners? including the PC part too.. and for the most part is looks almost the same. main difference is the main weapon :/

now here comes the icing on the cake.

the manual.... now the knock offs manual is rather detailed. Probably made in autocad, not too bad too

seriously, its amazing

although both are quite similar the way the runners are plotted are quite different. the knock off has more parts but the original has less and most of the things are molded directly on to the kit * its like those recast resin kits you get from e2046.com* . instead of having to assemble all the decorative designs of the head myself. but hey i can really complain, saves me the hastle of actually masking those parts anyway >_>

over all the plastic quality is quite good, but as we all know often with these knock off there are some issues..... proportion, wont snap fit properly, takes more time, etc

That's all for now, a little later today i will see if i am able to snap fit this sucker, now for the moment take a look at the original kit that has been snap fitted here

Well apparently i am an otaku. and not the wide spectrum otaku you may think. Just abit of a mecha fetish. Though the word otaku literally means freak in its native tongue of japan. The "otaku's" there go by a different name, and for some reason it seems to allude me for i cant remember the correct term.

But none the less i am at work. Bored as hell would permit, and with recent developments i seem to be unable to connect to the internet at home. Courtesy to my ever "wonderful" *i use this term with the upmost hate and disgust* ISP. the plague that is sc...."cough".....Screamy...errr streamyx yes..Streamyx *yes the service makes one scream ala luke skywalker finding out darth vader is his daddy* has yet again robbed me of my internet. and in light of the reality that it would seem they are a bunch of liars to boot *it does seem that liars always get rich in this world...maybe its a hint i should start? bleh being a devils advocate is better ;;>_>*

And it would seem that they think their service is top notch. why just a few days ago i got a call from a telemarketer who wishes to introduce me a new package, or an "upgrade" they call it. It was a shame the PR department seems to be soo well trained i could not bare to complain at all.*though i told them to shove the offer up their respective rectums in a very polite manner*

and that would be my rant for today

I saw some of the fellas at my local forum doing this and i thought what the heck ill jump on the wagon too.

Now its 1 am and im still stuck infronth of my com, typing and thinking wtf am i going to type
and now im doing this, to anyone who had the kindness in their hearts to visit my humble abode ( which is rather messy btw) have fallen in to the random rants of a 19 year old kid with nothing better to do that sit here and yap about junk
